Meet the Artist
일은 자아 실현의 길이지만, 한국의 오래된 직장 문화는 청년의 삶을 갉아먹고, 출산율을 박살 내며, 나라의 미래를 없앤다.
한국도 많이 바뀌고는 있지만,
일터가 삶을 존중할 때, 가족을 위한 시간을 확보해 줄 때, 경제 활동에 뛰어든 20대들 이 선배들이 퇴근하고 가족들과 시간을 보내는 모습들을 보고 아 나도 나중에 결혼을 하고 가정을 이루면 아이를 키울 시간은 있겠구나 하고 연애를 시작한다.
이 순환이 반복되어야 젊은 세대가 두려움 없이 일터로 뛰어들어 경제 활동을 하며 사회가 순환한다.
내 비전은 사회의 가장 기본 단위인 가족을 회복 시켜 이웃과 친구들과 함께하는 삶이 보장되는 사회, 그리고 청년들이 자아를 실현하며 본인의 일을 하며 살아갈 수 있는 사회를 만드는 것이다.
Work is a path to self-realization.
Yet Korea’s outdated workplace culture devours the lives of the young, shatters the birth rate, and erases the future of the nation.
True change begins when the workplace respects life.
When it secures time for family.
When the youth entering the workforce can see their seniors leave work to spend evenings with their loved ones, they will believe: “If I marry and build a family, I too will have time to raise my children.”
Then they will begin to dream, to love, and to build families of their own.
This cycle must be restored.
Only then will the younger generation step into the workforce without fear, driving the economy forward and keeping society alive.
My vision is clear:
To restore the family—the foundation of society.
To build a nation where life with neighbors and friends is cherished.
To create a society where young people can realize themselves, pursue meaningful work, and live with dignity.
